You may not distribute, resell, or share your login credentials or course content with any third party. All intellectual property rights in the course content remain with Fahad Bandar Hamad.
The course is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.

No Refund After Access Is Granted
Since this is a digital product (course access, materials, and proprietary content), all sales are final. Once the course access link or login credentials have been generated and delivered to you, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
If you have not yet received access (e.g., payment was processed but the course link has not been sent), you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Once the access link is generated, the purchase is non-refundable.

نظراً لأن هذا منتج رقمي (صلاحية وصول للدورة، مواد تعليمية، ومحتوى مملوك)، جميع المبيعات نهائية. بمجد إنشاء رابط الدورة أو بيانات تسجيل الدخول وتسليمها لك، لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ أو إلغاء الاشتراك تحت أي ظرف.
إذا لم تستلم صلاحية الوصول بعد (مثل: تمت المعالجة المالية ولكن لم يتم إرسال رابط الدورة)، يمكنك طلب استرجاع كامل خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الدفع. بعد إنشاء رابط الوصول، تصبح عملية الشراء غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
